INGREDIENTS
- 500 g mascarpone
- 4 eggs
- 30 biscuits
- 5 c. tablespoon powdered sugar
- 8 squares of dark chocolate
- 200ml milk
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- 1 c. tablespoons rum (optional)
PREPARATION
1
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and egg yolks until a homogeneous cream.
2
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the cream.
3
Melt the chocolate in milk over low heat, add the rum off the heat. Dip the biscuits into this mixture and arrange them flat in a bowl. Dip quickly because the hot liquid may soften the cookies too. Cover with a layer of cream prepared previously.
4
Repeat with a second layer of cookies and cream and so on until you run out of biscuit and finish with a layer of cream.
5
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
6
Let stand up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
