INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1 small glass of peanuts coarsely crushed
- 2 cups crushed curly
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 ½ bunch parsley
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Mix up your chicken with the garlic, salt and pepper . (Or chop, depending on your hardware!) Your get a paste.

Fold in the parsley finely chopped and crushed peanuts and egg. Knead until the ingredients are uniformly distributed in the paste.

Carefully Form small balls with the dough.

Beat the second egg. Dip balls in beaten and crushed in curly egg.

Then make your brown "nuggets" in a hot pan with a little background of oil . Take good care of them regularly so that they turn golden brown all over.

Dry them on paper towels and serve immediately.

Use your curly-peanut nuggets with barbecue sauce!
