INGREDIENTS
- 4 blocks of cod
- 2 c. to of soup olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 peppers
- 20 cl coconut milk
- 20 ounces of water
- 1 c. tablespoons of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry paste
- salt
- pepper
PREPARATION

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Wash and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and slice into strips.

In a wok or a pan, fry the onion and peppers in 1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil for 5 minutes.

Add the curry and mix two for 2 min.

Gently stir in the coconut milk and water.

Once the sauce begins to simmer, add the cod cut into chunks.

Salt and pepper.

Simmer 10 minutes, turning the fish every 5 min. Check for doneness with the tip of a knife.

Serve with rice or pasta.
