INGREDIENTS



  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 1 c. tablespoons milk
  • 4 cl cream
  • Cocoa powder



PREPARATION

Break the chocolate into small pieces in a pan.

Add the milk and melt over low heat. Mix with a wooden spoon to make a smooth paste.

Then add the butter in pieces mixing.

Then add the egg yolks one by one and finally the cream. Mix well.

Then add the sugar, whisking.

Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

When the dough is hard, form small balls the size of a walnut and roll in cocoa.

Keep refrigerated until serving time.
