INGREDIENTS
- 50 g coarse salt
- 2 bunches of dill
- 6 c. tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 kg of salmon
- 5 sprigs of dill
- Peppercorns
- For the mustard sauce:
- 6 c. of mustard
- 50 g sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 12 c. tablespoons oil
PREPARATION

2 days before serving prepare the salmon: Remove edges with tweezers. Place fillets in a large baking dish, skin side down. Mix salt, pepper and chopped dill.

Sprinkle the salmon with the mixture above.

Place the second thread thereon, skin side up.

Put on enough weight and marinate 48 hours in refrigerator.

When the salmon is ready, discard the herbs and cut into thin slices.

Prepare the sauce: Mix the mustard, sugar, vinegar, add oil while whisking. Salt, pepper and dill perfume.

Serve salmon and sauce, accompanied by spinach, steamed potatoes and crackers.

Tip: For easier cutting salmon, put it in the freezer 5-10 minutes, then cut into thin slices with a carving knife.
