INGREDIENTS



  • 150 g mushrooms Paris
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 30 cl dry white wine
  • 150 g cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 chives
  • 2 c. tablespoons butter
  • 2 c. tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper



PREPARATION

Fry in a large skillet, chives and mushrooms in butter and oil for 1 min mixing, salt and pepper.

Stir in the wine, bring to boil and reduce by half.

Lower the heat, then add the cream, parsley and a dash of lemon juice.

Heat over low heat, making sure that the sauce does not boil.
