INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices of lamb gigolette
 - a knob of butter
 - 10 garlic
 - 20 cl of liquid cream
 - salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Start by making a garlic cream:

Boil a large volume of water. Dégermez peel and garlic if needed.

Blanch the garlic cloves in water for 15 minutes (or 3 times 5 minutes)

In a blender, put garlic and cream and mix to obtain a homogeneous cream. Salt and pepper.

Pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

Proceed to cooking the lamb:

Heat a large skillet and let it melt the butter.

Add slices of tarts and cook 3-5 minutes per side, depending on your taste. The meat should remain pink inside.

Serve slices of tarts topped with garlic cream
