INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g cod fillet
  • 200 g of salmon fillet
  • 240 g zucchini
  • 4 small onions
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 small mushrooms Paris
  • olive oil
  • herbs
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Preheat your oven grill position .

Wash zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into slices. Peel the onions and cut them in half. Clean the mushrooms. Hull the cherry tomatoes. Cut the fish into cubes.

Sew the pieces of fish and vegetables alternately on wooden skewers. Sprinkle with herbs.

Place the skewers on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a dash of olive oil and bake.

Bake for about 15 minutes, turning the skewers regularly.

Serve!
