INGREDIENTS
- 8 large potatoes with firm flesh
- 600 g smoked bacon
- 100 g butter
- 1 bottle of cider
- 3 shallots
- spring onions
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into slices.

Peel and cut the onions coarsely.

In a pan, melt the butter and let it blanch the shallots with bacon.
