INGREDIENTS



  • 8 large potatoes with firm flesh
  • 600 g smoked bacon
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 bottle of cider
  • 3 shallots
  • spring onions
  • salt and pepper



PREPARATION

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into slices.

Peel and cut the onions coarsely.

In a pan, melt the butter and let it blanch the shallots with bacon.

Add the potatoes, salt and pepper, cover with the cider.

Cook over medium heat, watching the cooking.
