INGREDIENTS
- 2 beautiful endives
- 100 g chicken breast (skinless)
- 1 yogurt 0%
- 4 radishes
- 1 avocado
- juice of a fresh lemon
- 1 c. Coffee mustard (scoop)
- chives
PREPARATION

In a skillet, cook the chicken without fat.

Wash and detail of each endive leaf.

Wash and cut the radish into thin slices.

Peel the avocado and cut it into small cubes.

Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine chicken, avocado, radish and sprinkle half of all lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix the fat yogurt, mustard, chives and remaining lemon juice.

Add the sauce mixture to chicken.
