INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Bourghol (bulgur)
 - 2 bunches of parsley
 - 4 sprigs of fresh mint
 - 4 green onions with their green stems
 - 3 medium tomatoes
 - juice of 2 lemons
 - 1/4 of glass of olive oil
 - salt and black pepper
 
PREPARATION

Bathe Bourghol (cracked wheat) in water and let stand 10 min.

Chop the parsley and mint finely.

Chop the onions with their green stems.

Cut the tomatoes into small dice.

Place in a large bowl all the ingredients chopped.

Add Bourghol, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

Mix well and serve with salad leaves and lemon slices.
