INGREDIENTS



  • 75 g of a tray blini & Cooking Tuna Spread
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 75 g of canned tuna
  • breadcrumbs
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper


PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, tuna mixture and canned tuna. Add bread crumbs until the mixture turns a consistency firm enough to make the meatballs.

Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Then make small balls and roll in bread crumbs for breading.

Cook everything in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
