INGREDIENTS
- 150 g rice
 - 1 cooked beetroot
 - 1 can of tuna in water (160 g)
 - 2 red onions
 - For the vinaigrette:
 - 3 c. to of soup olive oil
 - 1 c. tablespoons vinegar balsamic
 - salt and peppe
 
PREPARATION

Cook rice as directed on the package. Drain and let cool.

Cut the beetroot into cubes.

Slice the red onions.

Drain the tuna and flake it.

In a bowl , combine all salad ingredients.

Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and mix well.
