INGREDIENTS



  • 4 carrots news
  • 4 small turnips
  • 4 onions
  • 100 g of peas
  • 1 courgette
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. with sour cream
  • 5 c. tablespoons of cream
  • nutmeg
  • 3 c. tablespoons oil
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • salt and pepper



PREPARATION

Preheat oven th.5 (150 ° C).

Peel and cut all vegetables into cubes.

In a large skillet, sauté the onions, carrots and peas for 5 minutes in oil. Add remaining vegetables, salt and pepper and simmer 10 min.

Beat the egg omelette, add the cream, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Mix this product with vegetables.

Grease a cake pan , pour the preparation, cover with foil and bake 40 min.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: quick dip parsley in a saucepan of boiling salted water, then drain.Mix it with the cream and let cool.
