INGREDIENTS


  • 1kg Raclette de Savoie and Switzerland
  • 1 kg new potatoes cooked
  • 200 grams of small spikes but
  • 1.2 kg of meat (rosette, ham, coppa ...) 
  • gherkins and pearl onions
  • salt and pepper


PREPARATION

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes, drain.

Cut the cheese and arrange in a dish,

Put the corn in a bowl and pickles and onions in another.

To enhance your squeegee, you can add a few slices of beef belly, sausage (ham, sausage, meat Graubünden ..) and a nice green salad ...

Put everything on the table around the raclette and let your guests do according to their tastes!
