INGREDIENTS
- 1 red pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g of tomato concentrate
- 3 c. to liquid honey
- 1 c. tablespoons Savora
- 1 c. tomato ketchup
- 250 ml of broth
- 4 c. tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Peel the onion and chop it. Peel and crush the garlic.

Cut the pepper into small pieces, remove the seeds.

Cook onion for 30 minutes, gradually adding the garlic, red pepper, liquid honey, tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, broth, salt, pepper, and Savora red wine.
