INGREDIENTS
- 3 lawyers
- 180 g tuna
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 lemons
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 5 drops of tabasco
- 1 bunch of chives
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Drain the tuna. Crumble it.

Chop the chives.

Squeeze a lemon.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits.

The lemon halves of four lawyers to prevent browning.

Hollow out the other half and put the pulp in the bowl of a food processor with the onion, the crushed garlic in a garlic press and half the chives. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco.

Pour the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Mix so as to obtain a medium-fine puree.

Pour it in a bowl. Add the flaked tuna. Mix thoroughly.

On the plates, make a half avocado and surround with slices of tomato and lemon. Sprinkle with remaining chives and chopped parsley sprigs.
