INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 250 g mushrooms Paris
- 1 cube chicken
- 1 c. Coffee cornflour
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 10 g ghee
- thyme
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Peel and slice the onions.

Wash and cut the zucchini into chunks.

Clean feet earthy mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and let them brown in butter.

Melt the chicken broth in 20 ml water.

Add the onions, mix well and then add the curry, mushrooms, zucchini, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix gently and cover with chicken broth, let simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
