INGREDIENTS
- 100 g mushrooms
 - 1 small onion
 - 2 c. chopped parsley
 - 750 g of potato
 - 3 eggs beaten
 - 1 pinch of nutmeg
 - breadcrumbs
 - 2 c. tablespoons butter
 - 20 g butter
 - salt and pepper
 
PREPARATION

Made with mashed potatoes and let cool.

Add the butter, mushrooms, 1 small onion, 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley. Cook mushrooms and onion chopped, once cooked, add the purée before.

Form croquettes, toss in the breadcrumbs pressing well and fry.
