INGREDIENTS



  • 180 g tuna (canned) natural
  • 15 cl of liquid cream 5% of MG
  • 2 c. tablespoons of cottage cheese 0% fat
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • few tarragon leaves
  • salt and pepper



PREPARATION

Thin out and chop the dill. Wash and chop the chives. Peel and finely chop the shallot.

Pour the cream into a saucepan and boil 2-3 min. Off the heat, stir in the Swiss small and mix.
