DIETETIQUE
Here is a recipe for the fresh and light appetizer example! Toast some slices of bread and spread it into rillettes on toast or in a salad. Thus, instead of eating the traditional tuna mayonnaise which is high in calories, consume tuna rillettes, which are lighter and more tasty. Herbs provide a spring flavor without increasing calories. Anyway, this recipe is ideal for online!
