INGREDIENTS



  • 25 cl light cream 3%
  • 2 c. tablespoons of nutella
  • 1 c. to agar coffee
  • few nuggets of praline, chocolate and grated coconut (for decoration)


PREPARATION

In a saucepan, mix the agar in the cream and add the nutella. Turn to low heat and melt, stirring regularly.

Bring to a simmer and simmer for 30 seconds.

Pour into two glasses and let cool to room temperature then place in the fridge for about 4 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle chips praline, chocolate and grated coconut.
